Any increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in surface transportation and land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure. The tour price is subject to increase without notice if this rate changes substantially prior to the departure of your tour. Any expenses of personal nature such as laundry, wines, mineral water, food and drink not in the regular menu provided by us pay TV, mini-bar, telephone calls, etc. Meals other than what is mentioned in your Itinerary. Cost of excursions, city sightseeing, entrance fees and local guides other than that mentioned in “Tour Cost Includes”, Overseas Mediclaim, Tips to Driver: EURO 2 per pax per day (Compulsory)
Vouchers are not transferable and valid only for the services mentioned therein. Any services not specifically requested, confirmed and noted on vouchers will not be rendered. All extras to be paid directly to the hotels / the service providers.
Passenger Comments / Complaints :
It is imperative that any complaints be made known to the respective handling agents or its representatives without any delay so that appropriate action can be taken.
Cancellation / Refunds:
Cancellation charges will be levied for bookings cancelled after confirmations are done. Requests for refund should be made in writing within 14 days after the scheduled completion of the services. Refund requests for curtailed stays cannot be processed unless provided with documentary evidence from hotel / the service provider. All refund requests are subject to obtaining a refund approval from the hotel / the service provider and no refund can be given without this approval. Bestravelz reserves the right to process and whether or not to approve the refund request and if necessary charge an administrative fee. For packages, no refunds can be processed for partially utilized services and no-Shows. In the event of no show Bestravelz reserves the right to release the complete booking and levy 100% cancellation charges.
Responsibility:
It is understood that, we act as Travel operators only for all services covered hereby. Further we shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage resulting from acts of God, dangers, fire, breakdown of machinery, equipment or vehicles, acts of government authority, wars, civil disturbances, riots, thefts, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines or any delays or changes including any extra expenses which the passenger may incur as a result of any of the foregoing causes.
During your holiday your driver, tour leader, guide, hotel or other service providers may offer services or excursions which are not included in the price of your holiday or listed in our itinerary. Since they do not form part of your tour with us, we do not accept any responsibility for their cancellation or curtailment or for any loss, damage, injury or death that you may suffer. If you wish to make a complaint or bring a claim in relation to such excursions or activities, then you should contact the person who offered them to you directly.
Your Holiday Price:
Once we have sent you a booking confirmation or invoice, we will only change the price of your holiday if there is a change or increase in any one or more of the following:
Tour Operation:
If we do not have minimum 25 Pax required to operate the group tour, we might operate the tour on other date.We might operate the tour on another date or we can withdraw the tour departure. If the group will reach late due to traffic jam or any other justify reasoning. It’s possible that we can cancel the sightseeing/excursion.
In the event of a breakdown of a coach on a touring holiday, our liability will be limited; if, for any reason we cannot provide a replacement coach and that you miss out on a significant attraction we will reimburse the amount which we have paid to the supplier, though we will endeavour to replace the coach at the earliest. However sometimes delays will occur due to many reasons beyond our control. In this event we are also entitled to use a replacement coach that we deem fit to conclude the rest of the journey. The replacement coach may or may not have the same amenities as the original coach. Passengers will be responsible for any services missed out by them due to not following the stated time; this includes meals, transfers, sight seeing, flight, etc.
Visa:
If your visa is rejected/refused or delayed by the consulate and we know the outcome 15 days prior to departure, then we will charge 25% of the tour cost. If the visa is rejected within 15 to 8 days of tour departure, then the cancellation will be 35% of the tour cost. If the visa is rejected within 7 days or less of tour departure then the cancellation will be 70% of the tour cost.
Arrival in Zagreb. We’ll be ready to transfer you to your hotel. Our guide will join us with the group from Slovenia around lunchtime. In the afternoon, at around 04:00 p.m. (time may vary), we’ll embark on a panoramic tour with a local guide (included), giving us the opportunity to admire the city´s two hills, the upper town, and the new neighborhoods of Croatia’s capital. Dinner will be included.
We’ll depart early in the morning to travel to Bosnia. Border formalities may take some time. As we drive through certain areas, we’ll be reminded of the tragic war of the 1990s. Our journey will take us through the majority-Serb territory of Bosnia, with our first stop in Banja Luka. Here, you’ll have time to explore the capital of the autonomous entity of Republika Srpska, the second largest city in Bosnia after Sarajevo, known for its fortress and Orthodox cathedral. There will be time for lunch. We’ll then continue to Jajce, arguably the most beautiful town in Bosnia, celebrated for its cultural diversity, mosque, fortress, and impressive waterfall (admission included). After some time to explore, we’ll proceed to Sarajevo, arriving in the evening. You’ll have the opportunity to stroll through the historic center and visit the charming Bazaar, an old Ottoman market renowned for its architecture, oriental ambiance, and traditional shops. Dinner will be included.
In the morning, we’ll enjoy a guided sightseeing tour in Sarajevo, a captivating city known as the ¨Jerusalem of Europe¨ due to its coexistence of several religions. Mosques, churches, and synagogues showcase its rich religious diversity. We’ll explore the old town´s strong Ottoman influence, highlighted by a magnificent mosque over 500 years old and a beautiful fountain. After our visit, we’ll continue through an area of stunning beauty to Mostar, with its enchanting historic center and iconic stone bridge that separates the Orthodox, Muslim, and Catholic communities. You’ll have time for lunch and a stroll through the city. We’ll then proceed to Croatia, where border procedures may take a while. We’ll arrive in Dubrovnik at the end of the day. Dinner will be included.
We’ll enjoy a panoramic tour of Dubrovnik with a local guide in the morning. We will undoubtedly be in one of the most beautiful cities in Europe, perched on a cliff, surrounded by walls and kissed by the Adriatic Sea. Its intact historic center is a jewel of world architectural heritage. We’ll have the opportunity to enjoy a stunning view of the city from a scenic viewpoint along the road. The tour includes tickets to the Franciscan Monastery, home to the oldest pharmacy in Europe, and the Assumption Cathedral. We’ll also take a boat trip to Lokrum, a small island just 15 minutes away that is home to the ruins of an eleventh-century Benedictine monastery, a popular setting for the series Game of Thrones. Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore at your leisure before returning to the hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner will be included.
Note: On some occasions, accommodation may be in Cavtat, a coastal town near Dubrovnik. From November to March, there is no boat service to Lokrum, so we will not visit the island during these months.
We’ll set off in the morning, traveling along the stunning Croatian coastline, which features breathtaking seascapes and islands. Our first stop will be in Ston, a picturesque town boasting one of the longest walls in the world. As we continue through beautiful landscapes, we’ll cross the impressive Pelješac Bridge over the sea. We’ll arrive in Split at midday and enjoy a tour with a local guide, including admission to Diocletian’s Palace. We’ll explore this vast Roman palace, with its labyrinthine streets and stunning sea views. Dinner will be included.
We’ll travel to the interior region of Croatia, passing through beautiful hilly landscapes until we arrive at Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, you’ll be able to admire its lakes and waterfalls, walk along the scenic trails, or take a boat ride on the lakes´ waters. Tickets are included for either a boat ride or a train ride. After lunch, we’ll head back to the coast, traveling north. Upon reaching Opatija, you´ll have dinner (included) and settle into your accommodation in this charming resort town known for its great atmosphere.
Note: Occasionally, due to weather conditions or high numbers of tourists, it may not be possible or advisable to use the train or boat in Plitvice.
Today we’ll travel to Slovenia. Our first stop will be Postojna Cave, one of the world’s largest caves, which we will partially tour by train. Next, we’ll head to Bled, a picturesque postcard-perfect town on the shore of Lake Bled. We’ll go on a boat trip to reach its island, where the monastery’s bell tower stands out at the foot of the medieval castle. Our journey will continue to Slovenia’s capital, Ljubljana, where we’ll take a guided tour to learn more about this little Central European capital city. Dinner will be included.
We will travel to Slovenia’s second-largest city, Maribor, a city rich in Austrian cultural influence known for its cathedral and castle. Afterwards, we’ll go to Croatia, arriving in Zagreb around 3:00 p.m.
Note: During the winter, to ensure we visit Ljubljana in daylight, the tour may take place before departing for Maribor instead of the previous day.
After breakfast, our journey will come to an end, leaving you with wonderful lasting memories.
