- A/C Will Not Work In Hill Area in the Cab.
- Personal Expenses such as Laundry, telephone calls, tips & gratuity, mineral water, soft & hard drinks, rafting, rock climbing, paragliding, joy ride (Toy Train), Porterage.
- Shivpuri & Neelkanth Not included in the Itinerary if you want to go there you have to hire cab from the Union by Own. Have to Pay directly whatever will be the cost.
- Sometime on Peak Date due to over Crowd Nanital Mall Road and Mussoorie Mall Road can be closed by Uttarakhand Police For Tourist Vehicle in that situation you have to Manage and have to go by own ricksha Etc.
- If you are going Neelkanth then you have to go by own our cab not allowed to go there due to Union Issue.
- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary You have to Pay Extra .
- Any Cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, if it will increase you have to pay directly whatever will be extra amount.
- If you Need Room Heater you have to pay to the hotel directly it’s Not included in the package cost.
- All personal expenses, optional tours and extra meals.
- Any kind of entry fees & Guide charges anywhere if not mentioned in Inclusion.
- Tips ,Travel Insurance, medical insurance, laundry charges, liquors, mineral water, telephone charges.
- If any Miss happening During Travel like Road Accident or any Physical Injury company is not responsible in that Case

- 31 days or more before departure: INR 25,000 per person
- 30 to 21 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost
- 20 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package cost
Cancellation Policy
- 31 days or more before departure: Booking Amount of 25,000 INR Non-Refundable
- 30 to 21 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost
- 20 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package cost

- In case of Non availability of rooms, efforts will be made to provide similar category hotels, also incase there is any price difference for the same arising due to different category of hotel, higher category of rooms been booked etc , that will have to be borne by the client.
- Bookings are subject to confirmations only once the full payment is deposited at least 7 days prior to departure.
- Cost is subject to change without prior notice, the travel management company shall not be held responsible for the same in any manner whatsoever.
- The company will not assume any liability for cancellations arising due to Natural or Man Made disasters on or before the tour, any extra expenses arising out of such situations will have to be borne by the clients

Morning after breakfast and get ready for visit Mussoorie local sightseeing visit Kempty falls, Camel Back Road, Lal Tibba, George Hill Everest, Gun hill, Company Garden, Mall road, etc Evening back to hotel DInner and overnight stay.
Morning after breakfast and check out hotel and driver to Dehradun. Visit Dehradun sightseeing visit Tapkeshwar Mahadev Mandir, Dehradun Robber’s Cave , Mindrolling Monastery , Pacific Mall Dehradun , Malsi Deer Park , Zonal Anthropological Museum , Dehradun Zoo , Subir Raha Oil Museum after visit sightseeing drive to Dehradun pre-booked hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Morning after breakfast and check out hotel, drive to Delhi. Delhi drop railway station then proceed to ownward destination. Tour Ends.
