Payment Policy
- 31 days or more before departure: INR 20,000 per person
- 30 to 21 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost
- 20 days or less before departure: 100% of the package cost

Terms & Conditions
- Rates are applicable for minimum 02 passengers travelling together
- Rates are not applicable during exhibitions, conventions and special events. Surcharges shall apply and shall be determined at the time of booking
- Standard check in time is at 1500 hours & check out time is 1200 hours. However it may vary bit from hotel to hotel.
- Some hotels require deposit amount which is refundable and is returned to the guests upon check-out.
- Price is based on current ROE (Rate Of Exchange), actual price will be calculated during the time of booking based on current ROE that time.
Tour Program
Day 1
Arrival in Tokyo
Arrival in Tokyo – the capital of Japan! Upon arrival, freshen up at the airport & meet with our representative at arrival hall. From airport, drive to Tokyo and start Tokyo sightseeing tour. Visit Imperial Palace & thereafter to Indian restaurant for lunch. After lunch, visit Odaiba and see Rainbow Bridge & Odaiba Statue of Liberty. Check-in at hotel post dinner. Overnight stay at hotel in Tokyo.
Day 2
Tokyo
After breakfast, continue Tokyo sightseeing tour & visit Asakusa Temple & some free time at Nakamise dori souvenir shopping street. Later visit Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building with view platform to get panoramic views of Tokyo city. After lunch, drive by Shibuya Crossing. Enjoy free time at Ginza for shopping and then proceed for dinner. Overnight stay in Tokyo.
Day 3
Tokyo – Mt. Fuji – Hakone – Nagoya
After breakfast at the Hotel, check out & proceed to visit Mt. Fuji 5th Station (subject to weather condition). After lunch, visit Hakone and get onboard majestic Lake Ashi cruise. Later drive to Nagoya/Hamamatsu and check in at your hotel. Overnight stay at hotel in Nagoya/Hamamatsu.
Day 4
Nagoya – Nara – Kobe – Osaka
After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Nara. At Nara, visit Nara deer park and Tōdai-ji temple. After lunch, visit Kobe. There, visit Kobe Earthquake Memorial Museum & listen to survivors talk about their experiences with the Kobe Earthquake, or participate in a disaster management seminar given by researchers. Lastly, proceed to Osaka. Overnight stay at hotel in Osaka.
Day 5
Osaka – Hiroshima – Osaka
After breakfast, proceed to railway station and enjoy an exciting Bullet Train journey to Hiroshima by Shinkansen. At Hiroshima, visit Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park (Atomic Bomb Dome). After lunch, proceed to Osaka (by road). Overnight stay at hotel in Osaka.
Day 6
Kyoto
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Kyoto. Upon arrival at Kyoto, enjoy guided Kyoto city sightseeing tour and visit Nijō Castle & Arashiyama Bamboo Grove. Later in the evening, enjoy free time at leisure in the Dotonbori area and shop at the famous Shinsaibashi-suji. Overnight stay at hotel in Osaka.
Day 7
Departure
Enjoy your morning breakfast, then check –out from your hotel and proceed to the airport to board your flight back home.
