Payment Policy
- 31 days or more before departure: INR 25,000 per person
- 30 to 21 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost
- 20 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package cost
Cancellation Policy
- 31 days or more before departure: Booking Amount of 25,000 INR Non-Refundable
- 30 to 21 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost
- 20 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package cost
Terms & Conditions
- In case of Non availability of rooms, efforts will be made to provide similar category hotels, also incase there is any price difference for the same arising due to different category of hotel, higher category of rooms been booked etc , that will have to be borne by the client.
- Bookings are subject to confirmations only once the full payment is deposited at least 7 days prior to departure.
- Cost is subject to change without prior notice, the travel management company shall not be held responsible for the same in any manner whatsoever.
- The company will not assume any liability for cancellations arising due to Natural or Man Made disasters on or before the tour, any extra expenses arising out of such situations will have to be borne by the clients
Tour Program
Pickup from Haridwar Railway Station &drive straight to Guptkashi. Enroute visit Devprayag, Maa Dhari Devi Temple, Rudraprayag. Enroute you can see the beautiful river Mandakini at Tilwara. The Mandakini river comes from Kedarnath, drive alongside the river to reach Guptakashi. On arrival Check In at the Hotel, freshen up. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast proceed to Sonprayag, Trek start from Sonprayag to Kedarnath (3584 mts) by pony / Doli. Tour members should carry personal medicines, heavy woollen, toiletries and clothes for an overnight halt at Kedarnath. On arrival check into hotel, freshen up & Visit Kedarnath Temple. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
Early morning you get up before dawn and after taking bath you are at the temple by 4:45 am for the ‘Abhishek’ to Kedarnath Shiva. Everyone can go inside Garbha Griha and touch the idol. You can also prostrate with your head touching the deity etc. After Temple Darshan trek down to Sonprayag. Further drive to Guptkashi. Check in Hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast drive to Badrinath via Joshimath. On arrival check in hotel. Later at evening visit Badrinath Temple for Aarti. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
Early morning, pilgrims after having a bath in the Taptkund have the Darshan of Badrivishal. Brahma Kapal is significant for PinddanShraddh of ancestors (Pitrus). There is another interesting sightseeing spot like Mana, Vyas Gufa, Maatamoorti, Charanpaduka, Bhimkund and the “Mukh” of the Saraswati River. Just within the three kms of Badrinathjee. Later drive back to Rudraprayag via Joshimath. On arrival check in hotel. Dinner & Overnight stay at hotel.
After breakfast proceed for Haridwar Railway Station drop. Tour ends with pleasure memory.
