- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Any Cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, Road Blockage, political disturbances (strikes), etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
- If you Need Room Heater you have to pay to the hotel directly it’s Not included in the package cost

Payment Policy
- 31 days or more before departure: INR 25,000 per person
- 30 to 21 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost
- 20 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package cost
Cancellation Policy
- 31 days or more before departure: Booking Amount of 25,000 INR Non-Refundable
- 30 to 21 days before departure: 75% of the total package cost
- 20 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package cost

- Rates are not valid for peak Festive season i.e. New Year , Diwali , Pushkar fair etc.
- Rates are based on Hotels Subject to Availability at the time of making Reservation. In case of unavailability in mentioned hotels,alternate accommodation will be arranged in a similar category hotel.
- Rates are subject to change if there is any Fair & Festival, Major conference, events in travel destination
- Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms.
- Cancellation charges would be as per the company policy.
- Vehicle confirmed will be as per Itinerary and not at disposal. AC will work only in the plains and will be switched off during hill drives.
- All sightseeing mentioned are subject to weather conditions, political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination.
- Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions is non-refundable.
- All entrances fees will be on direct payment basis as per Itinerary
- It is not advisable to travel in night, if necessary supplement charge applicable
Tour Program
Arrive in Delhi by Air or Train. After reaching in Delhi Kashmiri Gate .At sharp 5:30 Depart from Delhi to Shimla. Travel by overnight Volvo bus from Delhi to Shimla (10 – 12 Hours) Reach Shimla next morning at 9 AM. Overnight Journey.
Morning Arrive Shimla, our representative assists to transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Check in at the hotel, freshen up and enjoy going for a local sightseeing of mall road. After morning breakfast drive solang to visit at snow point. Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for an excursion to visit Solang Valley (snow point) is outstandingly beautiful and is an ideal spot to view the majestic covered Himalayas, serene natural surrounding enjoy snow activities Cable Car Ropeway, Zorbing, Amateur Skiing, Snow Scooter, Horse Riding.& Return back to the hotel on time for dinner and overnight stay.
Enjoy the morning breakfast at the hotel and later get ready for an excursion to Visit Mall road Hadimba Devi Temple also called , Vashisth Temple ,Club House ,Tibetan Monastery and Van Vihar. Drive back to Manali. Evening catch the volvo From Manali at 4.00 PM to proceed Delhi. Overnight Journey.
